Ruslan Provodnikov is a new world champion 19.10.2013
On October 19th 2013 in Denver (U.S.) Russian boxer Ruslan Provodnikov won the title of world champion in the light welterweight according to the World Boxing Organization (WBO).
Ruslan defeated Mike Alvarado now the former owner of the belt. The battle ended in the 10th round. During the match American boxer was knocked down twice, and then in the 10th round refused to continue the match.
Now, on Provodnikov's account there are 23 victories (16 by KO) and 2 losses.
